Low profile plates and fully countersunk screws which minimizes the soft tissue irritation.
These bone plates are Anatomically precontoured which reduces the need of bending.
Rotation Correction Plate-Allows intraoperative inspection of the reduction and correction of the rotational axis.
Have locking combi-hole which provides Intraoperative choice between compression and angular stable locking.
The use of locking screws allows creating a fixed-angle construct, which is particularly advantageous in osteopenic bone or in fractures near the joint.
IntendedUse
1.5mm Hand System are intended for temporary fixation, correction or stabilization of bones in anatomical region of the hand. Specifically;
Fracture fixation of the phalanges and metacarpals
Osteotomies
Arthrodeses
Replantations and reconstructions of phalanges and metacarpals, particularly in osteopenic bone.
